THE BAINBRIDGE TEAM 

CYRIL BAINBRIDGE - Owner - Agricultural Engineer - fabricator 

Cyril, known as Sid to many people, started his buisness- Bainbridge Enginnering back in 1988. Over the years the buisness has grown and is now very successful, each year getting busier and busier! Cyril has a passion for what he does and has always been a hard worker and puts all the hours in that he physically can. He does not work your usual 8-5 hours- he puts a lot of hours in  to keep on top of everything and to get the job done right! Cyril is very hands on and works alongside Andy in the workshop as well as in the office to price up jobs and order parts. 

WENDY BAINBRIDGE - Accounts 

Wendy, together with Sid helps manage the day to day running of the business. Wendy met Cyril when she started doing his accounts back in the early years of Bainbridge Engineering . They have both worked alongside each other to make the business it is today! Wendy works full time in the office running the accounts side, alongside Lauren who runs the marketing side. Wendy also works at all the shows. Wendy and Cyril have 2 sons, who are working hard in their own careers. 

ANDY REEVE - Fabricator 

Andy joined the Bainridge Engineering team in May 2022. Andy has a lot of knowledge within the agricultural field. He works alongside Cyril in the workshop. Andy has worked on our stand during show season at the Great Yorkshire Show and at YAMS doing a great job. 

LAUREN BAINBRIDGE - Marketing/Advertising

Lauren has worked part time for Bainbridge Enginnering since Febuary 2015. Lauren deals with the marketing/ advertising side of the business. This includes writing the editorials for farming magazines and designing the adverts as well as running Bainbridge Engineerings social media platforms. As well as working for Bainbridge Engineering and having another part time job Lauren is also is an ambassador for popular brand "Fairfax & Favor" where her marketing experience comes in handy!
